Ultra BI provides generative business-intelligence reporting over data sources you connect. You are responsible for the data you connect and for having the rights to use it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Generated reports are intended to assist analysis; you are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra BI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
